The Texas Hill Country is one of the world’s most precious natural landscapes, and we are passionately committed to preserving its splendor. Throughout our 1,400 acres, we will be doing our due diligence in maintaining this land we love, while educating residents and empowering them to authentically be stewards of the land. Guided by the land itself, our thoughtfully designed HOA parks, 12 miles of multi-use trails, and communal areas create a space where our community can truly harmonize with the stunning surroundings.
Beyond our own dedication to land preservation, Travis County has recently acquired additional land in Castletop Parkland Preserve and the RGK Ranch, funded by the Proposition B bond. This is great news for our property, as the expansion now brings the total of conservation land Peacock Preserve is a part of to over 12,000 acres, significantly extending the already large scale of natural beauty our residents will enjoy.
Our community’s shared commitment to land stewardship makes us extraordinarily unique, as we consider every blade of grass, wildflower, animal, and natural element of this land to ensure a minimally invasive building approach. Living in Peacock Preserve isn’t just an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the Texas Hill Country and escape from city life, it’s a chance to join us in being an active keeper of the land and be a part of the reason this area will thrive. Here, you can experience the profound peace and beauty of nature every day, knowing that you are part of a legacy of preservation and care.
