Homesites are sold outright through a purchase agreement. To begin your due diligence, you may secure a homesite with a $1,000 option fee, which provides a 30-day review period. If you choose to move forward, additional non-refundable earnest money will be required. This process is standard for luxury land developments and gives you time to complete planning or financing arrangements.
